Travelling to Queensland

At Local Cheap Brisbane Movers we like to keep you up to date with the rules and laws to follow during COVID. Contact Us if you have any questions.

You must complete a declaration to enter Queensland from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand that is not a declared COVID-19 hotspot.

If you have been in a declared COVID-19 hotspot in the last 14 days you will not be allowed to enter Queensland, except for a limited range of people who can enter for essential purposes.

Queensland has two types of declarations, a Queensland Travel Declaration and a Queensland Border Declaration Pass.

Travelling from or through a COVID hotspot

Anyone who has been in a declared COVID-19 hotspot in the last 14 days or  since the start date identified for the hotspot (whichever is shorter) will not  be allowed to enter Queensland unless they are a Queensland resident, except  for a limited range of people who can enter for essential purposes.
